On Sunday 14th June a group of Guides (Katherine, Bethan, Claire, Louisa, Alison and Libby) helped at an Open Gardens event at Impington Windmill, serving lunches. We had to make, serve and clear up over 70 lunches. Each person got 2 slices of cucumber, some lettuce, 2 tomatoes, a spoon of colselaw, a spoon of branston pickle, one pickled onion, some ready salted crisps, a roll, a drink and either pate, cheese or ham. We had a fun time and everyone appriciated our hard hard work.
